Modern (Anti) Slavery Policy

GSL has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in the Company’s business or in any of the Company’s supply chains.

One of the GSL’s core values is to uphold responsible and fair business practices. It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in relation to all of its business activities. Its reputation for maintaining lawful business practices is of paramount importance and this Policy is designed to preserve these values. The Company therefore has a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting fairly and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.

Information Security Policy

All GSL employers, consultants and agents must play their part in safeguarding the availability, integrity, confidentiality and authenticity of the information they hold or access. The misappropriation of information not only has the potential to cause reputational damage and disruption to its own business and that of its clients, but may also expose the organisation to the risk of legal sanctions. The Company and all employees, contracts, associates and agents will comply with legal obligations and responsibilities at all times.
