Our team has a combined experience of more than 400 years and it is all technical and vocational education and training (TVET) skills related! Our experts don’t just develop skills policy, shape strategy or deliver skills interventions, our team lives and breathes skills every day in all corners of the globe.

Meet our experts 

John Mountford, our International Further Education Expert, formally CEO of the Association of Colleges and Head of International at SEMTA, the sector skills organisation covering science and engineering. John’s Further Education experience is second to none. He has a deep understanding of the college environment and how to mobilise their teaching capacity to meet employer needs.

Lisa Williamson, our Education and Training Expert, is a real apprenticeships and qualification design guru who has run an awarding organisation and developed thousands of National Occupational Standards and Apprenticeships. There isn’t much Lisa doesn’t know about maximising industry engagement to develop the best programmes for employers.

Salman Shehzad, our Consulting and Aid-Funded Project Expert brings an unmatched knowledge of project management, specifically around aid-funding. Salman brings experience of implementing projects with all the major aid agencies, including Asian Development Bank, United Nations, UNESCO, UNDP and more.

We’re also pleased to be welcoming Pooja Gianchandani as our Apprenticeships and Engagement Expert. Pooja brings a wealth of diverse experience of working in the skills arena at NSDC, India, EU and United Nations.
